Brazing

General Information

Interpower Induction specializes in Brazing, an energy efficient metal joining technology which uses induction heat to deliver heat precisely to the specific area of a part.

Metal Joining

High temperature and atmosphere brazing or low temperature soldering are the most common applications in brazing. This method is most effective in joining together dissimilar metal parts. Often, a filler material will be applied to form a fused piece. Filler materials vary, with pre-form braze rings, shims, and copper being the most widely used.

Interpower builds all styles of joining machines with exceptional performance over conventional torch or furnace brazing. Our solutions assure customers of the proper joint design with the cost effective manufacturing.
